WeLook connects you live with strangers. Your safety and the safety of others comes first.
WeLook is for adults only. If you are under 18, do not use WeLook. Accounts we believe belong to minors are removed.
Use the flag button during a chat to report someone, and tick “Also block” so you are never matched with them again. You can review or undo blocks in Settings. Reports are reviewed and can lead to warnings, suspension or permanent bans.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number right away.
By creating an account or using WeLook you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account and everything done through it.
You agree to follow the Safety Guidelines above. We may suspend or remove accounts, remove content and block devices that break these rules, with or without notice, to protect our community.
Video and audio are transmitted peer-to-peer between you and the person you are matched with, using servers only to help the connection. WeLook does not intentionally record conversations. You are responsible for what you show and say. Other users may be able to capture what you share; do not share anything you are not comfortable with.
WeLook Premium is an optional paid subscription that adds extra features. Gender filtering remains free. Prices, billing periods, renewals and cancellation are shown before you pay. Refunds follow the rules of the payment provider and applicable consumer law.
WeLook is provided “as is”. We cannot control who you meet or what they do, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, WeLook is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may also end or change the service. These Terms may be updated; continued use after an update means you accept it.

Friends, recent matches, chat history and preferences are stored on your device (browser storage). Clearing your browser data removes them. Passwords are never stored by WeLook.
WeLook asks for camera and microphone permission only to run video chat. You can turn them off in the app or in your browser settings at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared with infrastructure providers needed to run WeLook (for example Firebase/Google, our hosting and TURN relay providers, and a payment provider if you subscribe) and with authorities when required by law.
In Settings you can control what profile details are shown to matches, download the data stored on your device, clear it, or delete your account. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion); contact us using the address above.
